SAMPLES
We highly recommend the order of samples before placing a main fully-personalised order. Samples are intended to represent the production of any given Collection; they are generic and will not be personalised to you.
Samples are useful to check you are happy with papers and colours, however, note that due to the nature of printing processes, paper manufacture and wax production, reproduction of samples may vary slightly from personalised orders, or from batch to batch.
Samples are subject to copyright and must not be used to copy or replicate designs.
ORDERING
With the exception of some on-the-day stationery items (such as table plan boards, for example), most of our wedding stationery items have a minimum order quantity of 30.
Particularly for before-the-day stationery, we strongly recommend that you order more pieces that you require, as reordering at a later date can be much more expensive.
By placing an order you are agreeing to purchase the product and/or service selected. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any alterations to orders as soon as possible. Each order placed will incorporate these Terms and Conditions and shall be a new and separate contract between you and us.
Completed orders will be delivered to the address provided when placing an order, so please ensure the information provided is correct. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
PAYMENT & PRICING
Payment for sample boxes is required at the point of order via our secure online system. When making an online payment using a credit or debit card, you confirm that the credit or debit card being used belongs to you.
Prices shown on the website are in GBP and do not include delivery. Delivery cost will be added at checkout. VAT is not applicable.
Payment for full bespoke stationery orders is payable by bank transfer: a 50% deposit (the deposit reflects time, design work and resources allocated to your order and is therefore non-refundable) is payable before personalised design work can commence, followed by the remaining balance on approval of digital proofs before your order is printed and made.
We reserve the right make any alterations to our prices at any time as a result of changes to production costs, a pricing error on our website or any error in marketing literature, without prior notice. Any price increase or decrease will not affect any confirmed orders.
DESIGN & PROOFING
Once your order has been designed, proofs will be supplied to you digitally for your review and approval. It is not possible to produce physical printed proofs.
It is your responsibility to ensure you carefully check all details of your proof (this includes, but is not limited to, spelling, grammar, layout, dates, names and addresses, colours) before giving written print approval. Your order includes three rounds of amends and a final proof – if extra amends are required, each round of extra amends will incur a £20 charge.
Once you approve your proofs we can accept no responsibility for subsequently identified errors and any reprints required after approval is given will be at your further expense, nor will a refund be issued. If a reprint is required due to errors identified after your final approval is given and your order is printed, this will be charged as a new order.
COLOUR REPRODUCTION
For orders that are printed in separate batches or split over a time period (for example, between Save the Dates and sending Main Invites), there is always a possibility of colour variation or print discrepancy. This is due to items being printed using different equipment or ink batches. Whilst we would always endeavour to get an exact colour match, please be aware that there is a possibility that items may not be identical in respect of colour and print quality. This also applies to differences between samples and final printed items.
Colour charts and colours shown on digital proofs should be taken as a guide only – printed colours can vary from digital screen colour, especially due to the wide variation in colour calibration of different monitors, which is outside of our control.
Whilst we will make every effort to ensure best colour reproduction, the customer accepts that colour reproduction can vary due to the nature of the print process and that payment for colour discrepancies will not be refunded.

If you would prefer your items not to be used for marketing purposes, please notify us in writing.
